Lindsey Popken is an advisor at NSI and a program implementation manager for the Nuclear Energy Program at Clean Air Task Force (CATF). Popken oversees program coordination, global stakeholder engagement, and project execution to ensure advancement of CATF’s mission of driving effective and innovative approaches to nuclear energy advocacy.

Lindsey joined CATF in 2022 as a project associate and became a project manager in early 2024, where she managed organizational change management initiatives and helped steer internal strategic planning. Before joining CATF, they were a sustainability and energy analyst at Cadmus Group, where they focused on offshore wind and large-scale solar projects.

Popken holds a master’s of Marine Affairs from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology with a minor in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from UC Davis.
