Senior Advisor
Harlan Cutshall is a senior advisor at NSI and the director of foundation giving at Clean Air Task Force (CATF) where he manages all foundation grants and works closely with the organization’s experts to direct proposal writing, grant reporting, and develop new funding opportunities.
Prior to joining CATF, Cutshall led relationship management for a portfolio of foundations at Ceres, a sustainability nonprofit focused on accelerating the private sector’s transition to a net-zero future. He also served as a member of the organization’s Program Management Team and supported all aspects of program development, integration, and evaluation.
