Logan Mintz is a senior advisor at NSI and is a director for the Nuclear Threat Initiative’s Materials Security Program where she works at the intersection of national security and clean energy to promote the responsible deployment of nuclear energy by strengthening safeguards and securing the fuel cycle.
Mintz previously worked in various US government positions, most recently at the Department of State. From 2022-2023, she served as the director for nonproliferation at the National Security Council.
Mintz earned a PhD in Political Science from the University of Georgia, an MA in International Studies from North Carolina State University, and a BA in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
